As a Baylor graduate with a passion for continuous growth, I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how things work. From complex data systems in the oil and gas industry to hands-on hobbies and technical crafts. I’m at my best when I’m building, analyzing, improving, or learning something new.

Professionally, that mindset translates into a technical leadership style grounded in exploration and problem solving. I enjoy digging into systems, understanding the mechanics behind processes, and identifying smarter, more efficient ways to operate. I’m always expanding my “toolbelt”; whether that’s mastering new technologies, refining analytical approaches, or strengthening leadership skills that help teams perform at a higher level.

Outside of work, that same curiosity shows up in hands-on technical and physical fabrication. Experiences that reinforce precision, discipline, and broader perspective.
